Platform Services

Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account credentials, activity conducted through your account, and maintaining accurate account information. You may not share or misuse access in violation of your subscription or plan.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or malicious purposes. You may not bypass platform safeguards, billing controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
Generated Outputs
Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving outputs before deploying, sharing, or relying on them.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you agree that access to digital tools and outputs may begin immediately.
Refund Policy
Unless required by law, refunds are typically limited to duplicate charges, accidental multiple subscriptions, or verified service failures that materially prevented access and could not be resolved in a reasonable time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not usually create a refund for the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
We retain rights in the platform, software, brand, and original platform materials. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use your submitted content and resulting outputs for lawful business purposes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, security risk, non-payment, or behavior that creates risk for the platform or other users.
Disclaimers and Liability Limits
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntigravityAddiction is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages.
